Australia’s annual celebration of Science attracts more than 1.4 million people of all ages to over 1000 events across the nation.
This is the 16th Year that Elizabeth College has been engaged in promoting science during Science week. Our theme for this year is Keep Your Pulse on Science @ Elizabeth College.
The College received a grant from the Commonwealth of Australia as represented by the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science to facilitate the promotion and provision of activities.
Community events that inspire and educate the general public and youth of Southern Tasmania, including an official launch at Government House and ending with a celebratory luncheon at the Premier’s Office will be held. Other events to include the College Workshops, the “Keep Your Pulse on Science” Symposium and “Cooking With Pulses” for adults.
