Elizabeth College’s Prize Night allowed us to reflect on the outstanding efforts of the 2018 student group. The following students achieved academic results that are among the best in the state. We are excited to see them lead the way in whichever field they choose.
Each year the Tasmanian Office of Assessment, Standards and Certification (TASC) provides special provisions to a small number of eligible students for their external exams. Eligible students include those with a pre-existing condition in one or more of the following areas:
Significant Health Impairment (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, anxiety, depression)
Significant Physical Disability (e.g. muscle and tissue damage to hand making it difficult to write for extended periods; back pain which makes it difficult to sit for extended periods; dyspraxia)
Learning Disability (e.g. dyslexia which significantly affects reading and or spelling; illegible and slow hand writing, ADHD, or Autism).
Interim reports will be given to students in Home Group on Wednesday 20th March. Parents and students are encouraged to attend the Meet the Teacher Evening on Thursday 21st March, from 4.30pm – 7pm in the Library.
Bookings for Meet the Teacher can be made through PTO. PTO details will be sent to parents/guardians by post and will arrive on or before Monday 18th March.
We hope to see as many parents and students as possible at our Meet the Teacher Evening.
