Consent forms need to be completed and returned to the main office by Friday 31st August, 3.00pm. The clinic will be administered by the Department of Health and Human Services. There is no cost for the vaccination.

2018 School Satisfaction Survey

The Department of Education conducts School Satisfaction Surveys every year in all Tasmanian Government schools, to gain feedback on what you think your school does well and where you think it can improve.

We encourage all students, parents and staff to complete the survey about Elizabeth College. The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete. Your feedback is important to help inform school planning and decision-making.

Students will have received a text message and parents will have received an email with a link and password today (Wednesday 15th August). All survey responses are anonymous. All feedback goes to the school principal in a report with no individuals identified, and with all comments exactly as worded.

You can complete the survey at any time until Friday 24 August 2018.
