Meningococcal Immunisations – Elizabeth College

A reminder that immunisations will be taking place in the Undercroft on Friday 2 March. Please return your consent forms by Wed 21^st Feb to the Main Office. All students are to return the form including a parent signature, marking ‘YES’ if you are going to be having the immunisation on 2 March, or ‘NO’ if you were immunised last year at College or your high school.
